Can I pay in installments?
Yes! Payment installments are available for the Pharmacy Technician Certification course. The first payment installment of $218.75 will be needed before starting the course. All payments can be done through this page.
Can I receive a refund if I am unhappy with the course?
A full refund will be given if you opt-out of the course during the first week. Afterward, refunds will be given on a scale - depending on course length, but not to exceed 50%. No refunds will be given after you have completed two weeks of the course. However, if you opt-out due to a validated medical condition that prevents you from learning, you may re-enroll in a future course at no additional cost.
Are there any hidden fees?
The only fees that are not reflected in the round totals are fees by our online payment processor, which charges an additional fee of 2.9% of the transaction amount, plus $0.30.
Are payments secure?
Your payments are completely secure. All payments are handled through Wix Payments. Wix Payments is a PCI-certified auditor and is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1.
